HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1. CHOOSE PRODUCT, BACKGROUND, TEXT & UPLOAD PHOTO

- Choose your product, background colour, upload photo and write your pet's name (or write "No name" if you want it blank). Please use a high quality photo and follow our Photo Guideline (see below).

STEP 2. REVIEW & APPROVE ARTWORK IN 1-3 DAYS

- After you place your order, you will recieve an email with a preview of your artwork within 1-2 days. You will have 3 days to approve the artwork or request a revision. If we don't hear from you within 3 days we will assume artwork is approved and ship it out to you.

STEP 3. UNRAP ARTWORK & ADMIRE YOUR PAWW FUREVER!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I see the artwork before printing?

Yes, we always want to make sure you are satisfied with the artwork before printing. After the artwork has been created between 1-2 business days you will receive an email and be asked to "approve" the artwork within 3 days. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a revision - we provide unlimited revisions until you are happy before printing. Please make sure to use a high quality image of your pet as this will impact the quality of the design. If we do not hear from you within 3 days after sending the preview, we will assume the artwork has been approved and send it for shipping.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Yes! We are happy to help with changes to your pet portrait order as long as you reach out to info@pawwstudio.com within 1 hour of your order being placed. Please note, in some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.
How do you produce your artwork?

We are a digital design studio and we use a range of photo editing techniques, professional photo re-touching, multiple complex brush strokes, blending processes, and other digital techniques to turn your original photo into a pet portrait. We do not use any AI and all designs are made by a real artist.
Do you design all animals?

Yes! We can design any type of animal or breed, not only cats and dogs
Can I print more than one pet?

Yes, we have a variety of options and can print 1, 2, 3 or even 4 pets! You will find a multiple pet product option on our Shop page.
Do you do human portraits?

Yes we also do portraits of humans and pets together.
Do you offer fancy packaging?

Unfortunately we try to minimise the amount of packaging we use to reduce waste!! We have chosen to focus on the designs of the products rather than fancy packaging.
Is my photo good enough?

Please upload a high quality photo and follow our "Photo Guideline" to ensure the best possible design result. We always check the photos of orders that are placed. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll let you know very quickly via email. If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days. Note: All examples on our website were produced using high quality photos. If you refuse to provide a new photo after we have informed you that the original photo may not result in the best quality artwork, then we cannot refund you. It's your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the photo you provide.
What print sizes do you have?

Our prints are made with premium quality 260gsm semi-glossy paper for vibrant colour results, and come in three sizes. The frame is made of 100% pinewood, plexi-glass, and is a luxurious matte black colour. It is 1.9cm deep and ready to hang on the wall. Paper sizes: 8" x 10" / 20cm x 25cm - Perfect for gifts! 12" x 18" / 28cm x 36cm - Great mid sized option! 18" x 20" / 41cm x 51cm - Fantastic large print, a true favourite!
How will I know when my artwork is ready for review?

Your artwork will be ready within 1-2 days of placing your order. You'll receive an email notification once your artwork is ready. Please review your art within 3 days of receiving your preview. We will automatically approve your art and begin printing and shipping if we don't receive approval or edit requests within 3 days.
What are your shipping times and charges?

Australia, UK, USA, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks. Shipping Cost We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $150AUD, we charge $15AUD flat rate shipping to the US, UK, CA, and AUS.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, we begin work on each order soon after they are placed. To cancel an order, you must email info@pawwstudio.com within 30 minutes of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. After 30 minutes, it is not possible to cancel your order
I ordered multiple products, will they arrive together?

While we always strive to deliver your items together, occasionally one item in your order will be completed ahead of time and shipped out first. For example, if you order a framed portrait and a phone case, the phone case may arrive separately.
Do you offer refunds? What if I am unhappy with the artwork?

As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns / refunds. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know and we'll fix it for you. We offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing! Once your portrait is ready, we'll notify you via email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider it approved and will proceed with printing. We're proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you'll love your portrait.
